SC Krav Maga, Inc. dba: SoCal Krav Maga and Core Movement Studios

Krav Maga provides engaging self-defense and fitness programs designed to help children develop physical skills, confidence, discipline, awareness, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for healthy movement. Our programs are welcoming, inclusive, and adaptable for students of different ages, experience levels, and abilities.

Through fun, structured activities, students participate in self-defense instruction, fitness exercises, movement drills, games, and age-appropriate challenges that improve strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and overall physical wellness. We also emphasize important life skills such as goal setting, perseverance, communication, respect, responsibility, situational awareness, and positive self-esteem.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment where students can stay active, learn practical self-defense skills, try new challenges, build confidence, and develop healthy habits while having fun. Krav Maga is proud to support homeschool families and charter school students by providing meaningful physical education opportunities that promote personal growth, safety, and overall well-being.
