When you submit a vendor listing, group listing, event, or other content to the Site, you: - Confirm you have the right to submit the information - Grant Sprout & Soar permission to display the information in our directories and promotional materials - Understand that submissions are reviewed and may be edited for clarity, declined, or removed

Sprout & Soar is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, your interactions with listed vendors or groups, or your reliance on information provided on the Site.
