The Sprout & Soar Vendor Directory (the "Directory") is provided as a resource to help homeschool families discover local programs, services, and businesses. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the Directory.
No Endorsement
Sprout & Soar does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or endorse any of the businesses, programs, or services listed in the Directory. Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability for any particular family or child.
Information Provided by Third Parties
All listings, including business names, descriptions, contact information, photos, services, age ranges, charter affiliations, and pricing are provided by the vendors themselves. While we review submissions before publication, we do not independently verify every detail.
Information may change after a listing is published. We are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information, but we encourage vendors to update their listings and families to confirm details directly with the vendor.
Your Responsibility
Families are responsible for:
- Vetting any vendor, program, or service before engaging
- Confirming current pricing, availability, hours, and policies directly with the vendor
- Determining whether a vendor is a good fit for their family's needs
- Reviewing safety, liability, and insurance practices independently
Sprout & Soar is not a party to any transaction between families and vendors listed in the Directory. Any disputes, issues, or concerns should be addressed directly with the vendor.
Charter School Funds
If a vendor indicates they accept charter funds, that information is provided by the vendor. Families should confirm directly with their charter school that a specific vendor or purchase is approved before making a transaction.
Clinical, Medical, and Therapeutic Services
The Special Needs Provider Directory includes therapists, advocates, and other clinical or therapeutic service providers. Sprout & Soar
does not verify licenses, certifications, registrations, insurance, or conduct background checks. Listings are not endorsements or
clinical recommendations. Families are responsible for independently verifying any provider's credentials, licensure, and suitability
before engaging services. Concerns about a provider's credentials can be directed to the relevant California licensing board.
No Liability
Sprout & Soar is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from your interactions with vendors listed in the directory.
Reporting Concerns
If you have a concern about a listed vendor, please email us at sproutandsoarco@gmail.com. We take concerns seriously and may remove or hide listings pending review.
Changes to the Directory
We reserve the right to review, edit for clarity, decline, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion.
