Digital Products

All products on sproutandsoar.co are digital downloads. Due to their nature, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased or downloaded.

Issues With Your Purchase

If you experience an issue (corrupted file, missing file, technical error), email us at sproutandsoarco@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will: resend the product, provide an alternative, or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Private Consultations

Reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. If Sprout & Soar cancels, you receive a full refund. See our Consultations page for full details.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first at sproutandsoarco@gmail.com. We want to help resolve any problems directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
