About
I create meaningful movement, fitness, and enrichment opportunities for homeschool families. As a yoga instructor, children’s book author, and homeschool mom, I love creating experiences that make learning active, engaging, and fun.
I offer yoga classes for kids and teens, along with Farm Yoga experiences at Golden Hill Ranch where students can combine movement with hands-on time around the animals. For families looking for resources they can use at home, I offer a Teen Yoga Curriculum and additional PE and fitness resources for older students.
My goal is to give homeschool families practical, engaging ways to add movement, wellness, creativity, and hands-on learning to their homeschool journey.
